(一) 普通書信
1.人稱：第一人稱
2.時態：一般現在時為主
3.稱呼：自成一行，頂格寫，Dear……,
正文：與Dear后第一個詞對齊，
去信開頭語：I’m glad to learn that….. ,/I’m writing to tell you that……,
回信開頭語How nice to hear from you./ Thank you for your last letter about asking……

(二)求職信
1.人稱：第一人稱
2.時態：一般現在時
3.內容應包括三部分：

使用過渡詞語
1.表遞進
