【描述春節(jié)的英語(yǔ)作文】
Chinese Spring Festival celebrating the end of winter and the warmth of spring. It began in the last day of the lunar year， end in the 15th day of lunar New Year， also is the Lantern Festival. During the Spring Festival， people use red lantern and Spring Festival couplets decorate a house， put on all kinds of colored clothes， often visit friends and relatives or together eat dumplings， fish， meat and other delicious food. The children are looking forward to receiving red envelope money， and together they play each other the fireworks， with happy. Street with dragon and lion dance and some other carnival activities， CCTV will held the grand Spring Festival gala.

The Spring Festival is a very important festival in China.It’s on the first day of the first lunar month.Before the Spring Festival,people have bought presents,like,meat,fruit,flowers drinks and somethings for themselves.
The children are very happy because the Spring Festival is coming.Mothers have bought clothes for them child.The clothes are very beautiful.
At the Spring Festival night twelve o’clock,people eat dumplings with money,stand for safe.

People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper is a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition is a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wish peace and happiness for everyone.
