Failure, in the eyes of many people is very terrible, it once rampant, can crush peoples morale, let a person thoroughly collapse, loss of hope in life. If failure wont beat you, but you stepped on the foot, so, success will belong to you.
Famous writer Ernest Hemingway in the old man and the sea in the shape of the old man is an example of a dare to struggle and failure.
The old man and the sea is mainly about an old fisherman named diego pass through a special fishing. In didnt hit a fish for eighty-four days, but in the second day, he was very lucky to catch a great big marlin. The marlin is the largest one he had caught the fish, the fish than his boat 2 feet long! Marlin body big, nature also strength. It pulled the old man and the boat drifting on the sea for two days and two nights. The old experience in these two days and two nights (the) has never experienced a tough test. The big marlin in struggling in the sea, in an attempt to escape back to the sea. The old man in order to uniform marlin, exhausted, were raw, but he did not yield to the big marlin. With strong will, he finally put the big marlin to death, tied to the bow. Fortunately, however, does not appear, waiting for the old man is a bigger test. A group of smell the scent of sharks and has started a deadly fight against the old man were raw. Finally the old mans life saved, but the shark ate up the big marlin, the old man dragged back is ultimately a bare frame...

著名作家海明威在《老人與海》中塑造的那位老人就是一個敢與失敗作斗爭的例子。
《老人與海》主要講了一位名叫桑地亞哥的老漁翁一次特別的打魚經過。在連續(xù)八十四天沒有打到一條魚后，但在第二天，他非常幸運地捕獲到了一條巨大的大馬林魚。那條馬林魚是他平生捕到的最大的一條魚，那條魚比他的小船還要長2英尺呢!馬林魚的.身體大，力氣自然也大。它拖著老人和小船在海上漂流了兩天兩夜。老人在這兩天兩夜中經歷(了)從來沒有經歷過的艱難考驗。大馬林魚在大海上奮力掙扎，企圖逃回大海。老人為了制服馬林魚，精疲力竭，皮開肉綻，但他并沒有向大馬林魚屈服。他憑著頑強的意志，終于把大馬林魚扎死，拴在了船頭。然而，幸運并沒有出現，等待老人的是更大的考驗。一群嗅著血腥味而來的大鯊魚與已經皮開肉綻的老人展開了殊死博斗。最后老人的命雖然保住了，但鯊魚們吃光了大馬林魚，老人拖回去的最終是一副光禿禿的骨架……
人生的道路是曲折坎坷的，遇到失敗是再平常不過的事，我們應該時時刻刻擁有一顆堅強、不屈服的心來面對失敗，成功就一定會向我們走來。
