艾滋病傳染途徑主要有三種：一是性接觸傳播;二是血液傳播;三是母嬰傳播。
目前，艾滋病仍然是不治之癥。它威脅著每個人和每個家庭，預防艾滋病是全社會的責任。
1、潔身自愛。遵守性道德是預防經性途徑傳染艾滋病的根本措施。
2、使用避孕套。正確使用避孕套不僅能避孕，還能減少感染艾滋病、性病的危險。
3、治療性病。及早治療并治愈性病可減少艾滋病的感染。正規醫院能提供正規、保密的檢查、診斷、治療和服務咨詢，必要時可借助當地性病、艾滋病服務熱線進行咨詢。
4、遠離毒品。避免共享針頭，禁止吸毒，減少血液接觸。處理傷口時，一定要注意避免皮膚、眼睛、口腔接觸到別人的血液。
