To be angry is to punish one's folly with another's fault. How to change the bad habit of love and anger? First of all, realize that anger can only harm yourself and others. You should learn to be kind and understanding, to be considerate of others, and to control your temper. There are many ways to do this: you can avoid it so you don't get angry. You can retreat, forgive others, and solve problems. You can take a deep breath, sit still for a while, and overcome your emotions with reason. You can do other fun things to distract your attention.

生氣是用別人的過錯來懲罰自己的愚蠢行為。如何改變愛生氣的壞毛病呢?首先,要認(rèn)識到生氣只會給自己和他人帶來危害。一個愛生氣的人只會怪罪別人,而不考慮自己的責(zé)任,并且很多時候,別人沒有做錯。你要學(xué)會友善和諒解,學(xué)會為別人著想,你要控制自己的脾氣。這有很多方法:你可以回避,這樣你就不會生氣。你可以退讓,寬容他人,化解問題。你可以深呼吸,靜坐一會兒,用理性戰(zhàn)勝情感。你可以做其他好玩的事,轉(zhuǎn)移你的注意力。
