因為缺乏管理，各個共享單車企業都在拼命地投放車輛，造成了地鐵公交等人流密集場所的堵塞。之前曝出的.北京某公交站和深圳灣公園被成千上萬輛共享單車圍困的照片，反而是對目前公共交通的一種妨礙。自行車的運營受季節變化、天氣狀況等影響也比較大。天氣情況不好的話，只能放棄換乘其他交通工具了。隨手亂放，導致沒有一點公共秩序，城市如果被這樣亂停亂放，哪有美觀可言。
