Recently I’ve made an investigation among 100 students of senior one in our school. About 45 percent students go to school without breakfast while 35 percent students do not treat breakfast seriously. Only 20 percent students have enough breakfast with enough nutrition every morning.
The reason lies in the following facts. Some students don’t get up early and can’t spare any time for breakfast. Some don’t have a good appetite and don’t feel like eating anything. Besides, some parents are so busy that they don’t have enough time to prepare breakfast for their children.
I hold the belief that it won’t do good for us students to go without breakfast. It’s not good for our health. Therefore, we should have enough nutritious food for our breakfast.
