耶穌雖然像犯人一樣被釘十字架，他死并不是因為他有罪，而是要按上帝的計劃替世人贖罪。現在他從死里復活，表示他為我們贖罪成功。任何人只要信靠他，向他認罪，就可得上帝赦免。而耶穌的復活，代表他勝過了死亡，所以凡是信靠他的人，都有永生，就是可以永遠和耶穌在一起。因為，耶穌現在仍然活著，所以他聽得見我們向他的禱告，會看顧我們每天的生活，賜力量給我們，讓每一天都充滿了希望。他現在仍然活著，天天與我們在一起。
