The following opinions have been popular among the people. Many people believe that traffic restriction brings evangel to the environment since it means fewer cars on the road, thus less waste gas and resource consumption. Some are pessimistic and want more radical regulations, because they consider the change is too conservative, therefore, the positive change to the environment is too minor. As for me, Better small than never .
