I was impressed and inspired by the poem.Though very short, it teaches us about how to deal with failures. Life is not always smooth. Sometimes we pay a lot but harvest little. However, we shouldn't lose heart. If we stay cheerful and keep going, we'll succeed in the end.

My uncle will never forget what happened to him yesterday.
In the evening, he was invited to an inn. He enjoyed his dinner with his friends, drinking a lot of beers. As a result, he got drunk. He insisted on driving home after the meal, although his friends tried to persuade him not to do so.A few minutes later, he was winding his way on the street. And then his car ran into a tall tree. Fortunately, he was still alive, though seriously injured. The police came to the spot, and he was taken to the hospital. Naturally, he had to stay in the hospital for several days. Thirdly, we need to find more opportunities to communicate in English with people, whether they are English teachers or classmates, foreigners or Chinese, because using English is the best way to learn.
These ideas sound reasonable and practical. From my experience, there are many other interesting and relaxing ways. For example, we can listen to English songs and watch English movies. We can also watch English programs on TV or join English clubs or make English pen-friends on the Internet.
All in all, what we need is more free time and more space.

I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we recently had about whether our parents should accompany us studying at school.
We do have different opinions on this matter. Most of us (about 70%) think our parents should not accompany us studying at school since it tends to make us fall into the habit of dependence, which is unfavorable to the development of a good studying habit. Worse still, it makes it hard for us to form the habit of controlling ourselves. At the same time, it affects our parents’ work and rest.
However, about 30% of my classmates think quite differently. In their opinion, it is of great benefit to us if our parents accompany us studying at school. First of all, it makes it possible for us to have more time to spare for our studies. Besides, we shall be able to have a healthier diet and thus we can be more energetic.
