勤儉節(jié)約常常會被人所忽略——特別是我們這些在糖水里泡大的人。我們往往認為這是一件小事，別人不去做我也不去做。其實是錯的。我們是這個地球大家庭的成員，我們就該保護我們的家。
你知道嗎?現(xiàn)在的地球地下淡水資源并不豐富，很多地區(qū)和國家水資源緊缺，今年，我國的云南又一次干旱，土地干裂，人們沒有水喝，沒有水用，可傷心啦!我們看到這樣的'情景，是不是該節(jié)約用水呀?公共廁所里經(jīng)常看到有人洗完手以后不關(guān)自來水龍頭，也沒有人去管，導致水一直淌，一直淌。我們不能這樣做，不管在哪里，只要看到水龍頭在滴水，我們就應該把它關(guān)緊。在家里呢，我們可以把洗完臉的水用桶接住沖馬桶。我們還可以用淘米水洗碗，不僅節(jié)約水，又可以去除碗上的油漬，這樣就可以少用洗滌劑，既節(jié)約也很環(huán)保。
節(jié)約是無限制的，不僅僅是節(jié)約用水，生活中的點點滴滴都可以節(jié)約，如節(jié)約用電，無需開燈就不開，開了燈要隨手關(guān)。我們還要少買玩具，少吃零食，少買新衣服，省下每一分錢，捐給災區(qū)的小朋友……
