第一，低碳生活辦法便是在生活中的每個細節上看重節能減耗，除了造作業看書務必開燈，其他時間沒需要開的燈能不開就盡可能少開，這樣就能降低電燈排出的二氧化碳。家里的電器開著也能排出二氧化碳，就連小小的手機電池插座也能排出可怕的二氧化碳，只要充電器充完電就馬上取下就可以降低二氧化碳的排放。冰箱里盡可能能排放整齊，這樣就能降低冰箱工作的次數，從而達到降低二氧化碳的排放。空調固然能給我們在夏天帶來涼意，但它的室外機卻能排放出大量的二氧化碳，因此我們最好能盡可能罕用，不要再讓我們的地球呼吸太多的二氧化碳。
