不過(guò)，相對(duì)的自我保護(hù)也是要有的。為了避免吸入霧霾，霧霾天氣切勿開窗。出去旅游，或者游玩時(shí)，請(qǐng)戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶，并且適量補(bǔ)充維生素D。還要多喝水，飲食要清淡。
霧霾還會(huì)引發(fā)許多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各種危害人體健康的大病。
保護(hù)自己，與霧霾做斗爭(zhēng)是最重要的，霧霾雖然恐怖，但是人們還是想出許多辦法與霧霾決戰(zhàn)，如：人工降雨等。但是，這畢竟只能小范圍短時(shí)間地控制霧霾，不是長(zhǎng)久之計(jì)。所以，大家應(yīng)該保護(hù)環(huán)境。
