英語作文高級句型

So + 形容詞+ be + 主詞+ that + 從句(如此……以致于……) 例如：
So precious is time that we can’t afford to waste it.
時間是如此珍貴，我們經不起浪費它。

形容詞+ as +主語+ be，主語+ 謂語(雖然……) 例如：
Rich as our country is, the qualities of our living are by no means satisfactory.
雖然我們的國家富有，我們的生活品質絕對令人不滿意。

The + 比較級+主語+謂語，the +比較級+主語+謂語(愈……愈……) 例如：
The harder you work, the more progress you make.
你愈努力，你愈進步。
4.
It is time + 主語+ 過去式(該是……的時候了) 例如：
It is time the authorities concerned took proper steps to solve the traffic problems.
該是有關當局采取適當的措施來解決交通問題的時候了。
注意：此句型可以轉化為簡單句句型：It is time for sth./for sb to do…. 例如：
It is time for lunch.
該吃午飯了。

To be frank/ To tell the truth, whether you like it or not, you have no other choice.
老實說，不論你喜不喜歡，你別無選擇。

An advantage of… is that + 句子(……的優點是……) 例如：
An advantage of using the solar energy is that it won’t create (produce) any pollution.
使用太陽能的優點是它不會制造任何污染。

It was not until recently that….( 直到最近, ……) 例如：
It was not until recently that the problem was solved.
直到最近這個問題才被解決。

We will be successful as long as we…. (只要我們……，我們就會成功的) 例如：
We will be successful as long as we insist on working hard.
只要我們堅持努力工作，我們會成功的。

No matter + wh-從句，…, 例如：
No matter how difficult English may be, you should do your best to learn it.
不管英語有多么難，你都應該盡你最大的努力來學它。
注意：此句型一般可以改為疑問詞+ever引導的從句，+主句 例如：
Whatever he asks you to do, please refuse him.
無論他讓你做什么，都請拒絕他。

It’s useless/ no good / no use doing sth. (做……是沒有用的) 例如：
It’s no use crying over spilt milk.
覆水難收。

The reason why + 從句is that + 從句(……的原因是……) 例如：
The reason why we have to grow trees is that they can supply fresh air for us.
我們必須種樹的原因是它們能供應我們新鮮的空氣。
