英語教案：The Art of Living
一、教材分析
本課是閱讀課, 閱讀材料講述了作者認(rèn)為貪欲是罪惡起源從剖析人的真實內(nèi)心出發(fā),講述了貪婪形成的原因是沒有真正地去審視自己,沒有明白自己真正想要的東西。而后作者提出生活的藝術(shù)在于要懂得自我滿足,要有感恩的心,這樣我們的內(nèi)心才會平靜,心胸才會豁達(dá),內(nèi)心才會真正愉悅。而一旦我們內(nèi)心達(dá)到了真正的愉悅,我們需要的東西就會悄悄來到我們身邊,奇跡常常會降臨在我們身上。當(dāng)然作者在強(qiáng)調(diào)要懂得滿足的同時也強(qiáng)調(diào)了我們要熱愛當(dāng)下所做的事情。中的語言有些比較抽象,而象語文中的借代和比喻在中也隨處可見,雖然對學(xué)生的理解會造成一定的障礙,但當(dāng)障礙排除時所獲得的對人生的感悟無疑是一頓美餐。
二、學(xué)生分析
教學(xué)對象是桐鄉(xiāng)高級中學(xué)的高二學(xué)生,作為桐鄉(xiāng)市生源最好的學(xué)校,桐高的學(xué)生都是百里挑一的好苗子。 高中英語已讀了接近兩年，本人認(rèn)為他們能用日常英語獲取信息、處理信息、分析問題和解決問題。他們已有自己的學(xué)習(xí)技能和策略，會把語言學(xué)習(xí)與現(xiàn)實生活和興趣聯(lián)系起來。
相信在任務(wù)型課堂活動和學(xué)習(xí)的實踐中，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自主性得到加強(qiáng)，不再認(rèn)為英語的課堂學(xué)習(xí)很枯燥，能主動參與到活動中去，成為課堂的主體，同時也加強(qiáng)了與他人交流合作的能力。他們會對課文內(nèi)容提出自己的疑惑和勇于闡述見解，并且從課內(nèi)知識拓展到課外，通過多種渠道獲取學(xué)習(xí)資源。當(dāng)然，學(xué)生的水平參差不齊，因此在教學(xué)過程中，布置的任務(wù)要兼顧各個層次的學(xué)生，使他們都有所收獲。
三．設(shè)計思想
課堂教學(xué)方法的選擇決定著是課堂教學(xué)效率的高低。科學(xué)的學(xué)法指導(dǎo)是智能發(fā)展目標(biāo)得以實施的重要途徑。現(xiàn)根據(jù)本人對教學(xué)理念的理解和桐鄉(xiāng)高級中學(xué)中學(xué)高二年段的實際教學(xué)條件，結(jié)合本課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容，在本課教學(xué)中，我將突出以閱讀為主線，兼顧結(jié)構(gòu)，適當(dāng)拓展。通過“任務(wù)型”活動培養(yǎng)學(xué)生 “跳讀”、“尋讀”、“定位”、“推理歸納”等閱讀方法以及描述、討論等組織語言、運(yùn)用語言的能力。
從以下幾方面體現(xiàn)了英語新課程的理念。
1、直觀演示法：
通過、圖片、影響等資料等顯示給學(xué)生看，便于學(xué)生對微觀知識的形象把握，并從舊知識中獲得啟迪，從而達(dá)到解決問題的目的。
2、任務(wù)教學(xué)法：
希望學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的知識和希望學(xué)生掌握和鞏固的技能隱含在幾項不同的任務(wù)中，學(xué)生通過對所提的任務(wù)進(jìn)行分析、討論，并在老師的指導(dǎo)和幫助下找出解決問題的方法，最后通過任務(wù)的完成而實現(xiàn)對所學(xué)知識的意義建構(gòu)和對技能的培養(yǎng)和鞏固。以“任務(wù)型”教學(xué)作為課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計之理念，具體采用分層次教學(xué)法和交際教學(xué)法,由淺入深，循序漸進(jìn)，使每個教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)盡量符合多數(shù)學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平，力爭全班絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)都能積極參與課堂活動。學(xué)生通過聽、說、讀、寫說等各種語言形式來學(xué)習(xí)和掌握語言，實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)，感受成功。
3、英語教學(xué)和情感教育的有機(jī)結(jié)合。
本節(jié)課中，教師除了盡量營造寬松氣氛，給予學(xué)生展示成功的平臺外，處處鼓勵學(xué)生運(yùn)用自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)和探究學(xué)習(xí)等新的.學(xué)習(xí)方式，以形成積極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語言實際運(yùn)用能力的提高。這是實施新課程最為核心和關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。
4、利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)，拓寬學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用英語的渠道。
運(yùn)用多媒體輔助教學(xué)，更體現(xiàn)了課堂教學(xué)的大容量、多信息、高效率的優(yōu)越性，進(jìn)而達(dá)到啟發(fā)學(xué)生的英語思維，發(fā)展交際能力的理想教學(xué)效果。
四、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
新課標(biāo)提出：英語課程的學(xué)習(xí)，既是學(xué)生通過英語學(xué)習(xí)和實踐活動，逐步掌握英語知識和技能，提高語言實際運(yùn)用能力的過程；又是他們陶冶情操、拓展視野、豐富社會經(jīng)歷、開發(fā)思維能力和提高人文素養(yǎng)的過程。本課所有的語言知識和語言技能都是圍饒“ the art f living ”這一中心主題而設(shè)計的。因此，我把本課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)確定為：
1． 語言知識與技能目標(biāo)：
1）掌握與“the art f living”話題相關(guān)的常用詞匯及主要語言表達(dá)形式。
2) 通過幫助學(xué)生完成快速閱讀、精讀等練習(xí)來進(jìn)一步理解的細(xì)節(jié)，
提高學(xué)生的閱讀能力。
3）學(xué)生之間能交流、合作，共同就 given tpics較好地完成一些開放性話題。
2． 情感態(tài)度與文化意識目標(biāo)
1) 在設(shè)計主題的激勵下，師生互動，生生互動，調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，加強(qiáng)教師的親和力，增進(jìn)彼此的了解與溝通，充分發(fā)揮情感教學(xué)的優(yōu)勢。
2）讓學(xué)生在共同完成一些交流、講述等任務(wù)的過程中，加強(qiáng)團(tuán)體協(xié)作意識。
五、教學(xué)重點和難點
1、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀策略，使其形成略讀、跳讀和細(xì)讀的能力。
2、掌握與課文有關(guān)的詞匯，表達(dá)法和句型，并運(yùn)用到口頭和書面表達(dá)中去。
3、幫助學(xué)生解決本課的一些困難句型和詞匯，以便讓他們很好的理解。
